Naples Pizza – Tilbury
- June 28, 2026
Antonino’s Original Pizza is the most explicitly Windsor-style pizzeria in the region. Antonino “Tony” Ciaravino opened his first pizzeria in South Windsor in 1959; his son Joe, with mother Vita, opened the first Antonino’s Original at Howard and North Talbot in 1999. The company says more than 40 area pizzerias can trace their roots to the family recipe.
The Antonino’s Original Super is the benchmark: thin crust stone-baked on cornmeal, Galati whole-milk mozzarella, shredded pepperoni (Antonino’s calls it sausage), canned mushrooms and centre-cut bacon, with toppings pushed to the edge so the last bite tastes like the first. Also on the menu: The Deluxe, The Angry Hawaiian, The Shriveled Tomato and the Original “Pittsburgh” Sandwich. Thin, thick and gluten-free crusts are available. Read our Windsor-style pizza guide for the full story of the style.
Antonino’s has been named Top Pizzeria in Windsor and was a 2011 Small Company of the Year. Its heart-shaped pizzas raise money for the Windsor Regional Hospital cardiac program, and every pizza carries a money-back guarantee. It is number four in our best pizza in Windsor ranking.
