Description

Piccolo’s Pizza and Pasta House opened on Tecumseh Road West in August 1989 and has been run by owner Cindy Piccolo ever since, growing from seven employees to more than twenty and a 70-seat dining room. Its motto is “just like Mom used to make,” and it promises not to rush you out after a meal.

What to order at Piccolo’s

The garlic fingers, made with real butter and parmigiano, are the dish Piccolo’s says many have tried to copy. Pizza comes deep-dish as well as regular; on the pasta side the owner names chicken parmigiana and veal con funghi as the most popular plates, and antipasto and charcuterie tables are a specialty for groups. Catering runs from 10 to 2,000 people.
