About Oven 360

Oven 360 is Windsor’s own Neapolitan-style chain, started in February 2018 on Grand Marais by four lifelong friends from the village of Miranda, Italy: Remo Tortola, who ran the Caboto Club’s pizza for fifteen years, Lucio Franceschelli of Cara Pasta, Matthew Duronio and Huy Nguyen. The Walker Road store, announced that October, was its first franchise. Pizzas are hand-stretched in front of you and baked in a rotating Italian stone oven in under eight minutes; house pies are named for the founders and their families, plus a Nutella dessert pizza and Italian gelato. Now six Windsor-Essex locations and one in Troy, Michigan. It delivers, and the $15 lunch solo pizza is a local habit. Oven 360 also baked at the Windsor Pizza Festival.
